Hydraulic press 660 - brackets - flasks

Hydraulic Press 660

The 660 hydraulic press is appreciated for its ease of use and stable construction. The full-metal structure is cast in one step to withstand heavy-duty usage. With minimal care, the machine can be a lifelong investment. Hydraulic press 660 does not require particular maintenance other than normal cleanliness. The thrust table and the absorbing potential of flask advised by the manufacturer, however has to be strictly followed (pressure not to exceed into the red zone of the manometer). Given the notable force of the 660 hydraulic press, it is sufficient to operate between 4000 and 7000 kg. of thrust (which corresponds to the green portion of the pressure gauge between 100 and 180 bar). These values provide an uniform flow and excellent work results, without damaging the flask.

Technical Features

  • Maximum capacity: n. 3 flasks + n. 1 bracket;
  • Sliding space of the plate: 2.5 cm;
  • Total distance between the two plates: 24 cm;
  • Total usable space between the two plates: 13.2 cm;
  • Full-cast metal for heavy duty usage;
  • Pressure gauge with glycerin.

Dimensions & weight

  • Dimensions: WxDxH 21.5x19x47 cm;
  • Weight: 23 Kg.

Brackets for flasks

Flask for complete prosthesis – ITEM N. 110

Sealing box composed of 4 fully cast parts, made of forged brass to ensure the most complete and secure results. Attention is paid to the mechanical finishing to obtain perfect sizing, especially the draw angles, for more efficient forming.

Dimensions: cm. 10×8.5×5 h

Rapid forming flasks for complete prosthesis – ITEM N. 115

This flask is made of two circular parts in forged brass, mechanically finished for a perfectly smooth finishing. The merit of this flask is the possibility of enlarging the box by loosening the screws, which facilitates forming.

Dimensions: diameter cm 9×6 h.
